Pullman Regional Hospital is seeking an Imaging Services Administrative Assistant to coordinate patient radiology appointments and communicate with patients and clinicians. In this role, you will manage scheduling across systems, input data accurately, answer inquiries, verify insurance, and support the imaging team to ensure timely, high-quality patient care.
This position requires a high school diploma, familiarity with medical terminology, and strong multitasking and problem-solving
however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Job Title: Imaging Services Administrative Assistant
Work Schedule for this Position: Four 10-hour week day shifts, typically 8am - 6:30pm or similar. Specific days can be discussed.

Position Overview:
In this administrative role within the Imaging Department, effective planning and prioritization is crucial to coordinate patient appointments and procedures seamlessly. Information gathering involves accurately inputting data working with various computer systems, while decision-making is guided by departmental leadership. Clear communication is key, from handling incoming calls and updating physician contacts to informing patients promptly about any changes in their schedules. By executing these tasks efficiently, the workflow within the department can operate smoothly, ensuring high-quality patient care.
