Jessamine Christian Church in Nicholasville, KY is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support Ministry Staff and keep essential systems running smoothly. The role is flexible in hours—part-time, three-quarter-time, or full-time—based on capacity and need.
The position will handle communications, calendar management, newsletters, and coordination with Care Teams, while maintaining confidentiality and a service-focused mindset.
The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the Ministry Staff, helping create organized, effective systems that allow our staff and ministries to serve people well.
We’re looking for the right person more than a specific number of hours. This position may be structured as part-time, three-quarter-time, or full-time based on the experience, capacity, and availability of the person hired. Responsibilities will be adjusted accordingly.

What You’ll Do

Who We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Familiarity with, or the ability to learn, Google Workspace, Planning Center, Canva, Mailchimp, and other church software is important.
