The Administrative Assistant will support the logistical and administrative needs of the Food Programs warehouse in Canarsie, Brooklyn. This role is based at our Brooklyn warehouse. This role is a great opportunity for someone who likes to make systems run effectively and collaborate with others for smooth warehouse and office operations. They will act as the primary receptionist for the warehouse, responsible for welcoming visitors, fielding inquiries, and answering and directing phone calls. The role supports facilities, operations, and program logistics, including supply management, visitor scheduling, and occasional event support.. .
Compensation: $48,000 - $52,000 per year.. .
