The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Athletics-0850 seeks an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for Capital Planning, Construction & Facilities at Nebraska Athletics. Responsibilities include coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel and processing expense reimbursements.
You will answer the main line, greet visitors, direct questions, order office supplies, process invoices, manage calendars and assist with receiving work orders and project requests.
Provide administrative support for Capital Planning, Construction & Facilities at Nebraska Athletics including, but not limited to, coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel and processing expense reimbursements. Answer the main line phone, direct questions to appropriate individuals, greet visitors and provide assistance. Order office supplies, parking requests, processing invoices, manage calendars, assist in the receiving work order and project request process and other duties as assigned.

Associate’s degree and two years office experience required; Equivalent education/experience considered. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to exercise significant discretion when working with sensitive and confidential information.
The ideal candidate will have work experience in an athletics department. Experience providing administrative support to executive or senior management preferred.
$24.038/hr minimum
