Position Description

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for a wide range of school office administrative tasks. Under the guidance of school leadership, the Administrative Assistant carries out the following duties:

  • Fosters and establishes a warm and hospitable environment for guests and school personnel
  • Organizes office space and common spaces, in regard to supplies, ensuring coffee is made, and other hospitality needs
  • Serves the Headmaster and assists Valor school leadership
  • Other duties as assigned
