Job summary

Valor Education seeks a Special Projects Coordinator to support the execution of Valor Education events, working with the Events Coordinator and under the guidance of the Academic Fellow. Position Description

The Special Projects Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful execution of Valor Education events. In collaboration with the Events Coordinator and under the guidance of the Academic Fellow, the Special Projects Coordinator carries out the following duties:

  • Collaborates with Events Coordinator to plan major Valor Education-wide events, including New Faculty Orientation, Convocation, and Symposia
  • Provides on-the-ground support for major events from initial preparation through completion
  • Coordinates with Valor campus operations teams for successful event execution
  • Organizes vendors for smaller network-wide events, including public lectures and private dinners
