Assistant Headmaster of Operations

Position Overview

Co-reporting to the Headmaster and Chief Operating Officer, the Assistant Headmaster of Operations coordinates and manages campus operations for the school. Responsibilities for this position may include:

  • Supervision of Registrar, Office Coordinator, Communications & Giving Coordinator, and facilities maintenance staff
  • Oversight of campus-level compliance (student records, required staff trainings, emergency response)
  • Management of student recruiting and enrollment
  • Email and social media communications management
  • Drop-off and pick-up logistics
  • Emergency Response planning coordination
  • Facilities maintenance oversight
  • Event planning and logistics coordination
  • Vendor accountability, goal setting, and management
  • Other duties as assigned
