Job summary

Valor Education in Austin is seeking a reliable Day Porter to maintain a clean campus for faculty and students. You will clean and restock classrooms and common spaces, including the faculty commons, cafeteria, front office, and bathrooms, and keep the supply closet organized.

You’ll assist with spot cleaning and spills, routinely collect trash, and deposit it in outdoor bins. This full-time, hourly position supports a welcoming learning environment and safe campus operations.

Position Overview

The Day Porter plays a vital role in ensuring our faculty and students have a clean campus. This person will be responsible for cleaning and restocking classrooms and common spaces on campus, including the faculty commons, cafeteria, front office, and bathrooms while maintaining a clean and organized supply closet. Assisting with spot cleaning and spills as necessary. Must be able to routinely collect trash on campus and deposit it in outdoor bins. Other duties as assigned.
