Nevada State High School (NSHS) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Support Services Department in Las Vegas. The role involves filing, calendaring, data processing, and coordinating communication with counselors and staff.

Under the direction of the Support Services Director, the Administrative Assistant will provide support within the specific functions of Assisting the Support Services Department, Processing Data, Project Support, Scheduling Appointments, and Coordinating Communication. Other duties, tasks, and support will be assigned. This position requires someone with a high degree of accuracy, timeliness, and production across the primary functions above.
Nevada State High School (NSHS) is a public charter school network with a mission to support 11th and 12th grade students in an early college environment and developing them personally, academically, and socially for future success. NSHS hosts eight (8) campuses in the greater Las Vegas metropolitan area, one (1) campus in the greater Reno metropolitan area, and one (1) Central Service Office in Las Vegas, serving approximately 900 students statewide and employing approximately 35 full-time staff.
