We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team and support the efficient operation of our hospital. Key Responsibilities:
  • - Provide administrative support to hospital leadership, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence
  • - Assist with the coordination of hospital operations and communication between departments
  • - Maintain and organize hospital records, files, and documentation in compliance with privacy and regulatory standards
  • - Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for leadership meetings
  • - Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses
  • - Assist with special projects and administrative tasks to support hospital initiatives and programs
Skills and Qualifications:
  • - Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting
  • - Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
  • - Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Requirements
