This is a remote role strictly for candidates within the United States.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join ORIONYX ENGINEERING LTD . In this role, you will provide vital support to various departments, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across teams. Your organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks will be crucial in helping the firm meet its goals and maintain high levels of efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests.
Provide administrative support to engineering teams, project managers, and executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Assist in the coordination of engineering projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.
Manage databases and filing systems, ensuring accurate data entry and retrieval.
Organize and coordinate company meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation.
Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and budgeting documentation.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and addressing inquiries.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in accordance with company policies.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of more efficient administrative practices.
