We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Proximity Marketing team!

We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Proximity Marketing team!

As an Administrative Assistant for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen you will be the main support for the Director of Proximity Marketing. In addition, you will be supporting administrative duties amongst the Proximity team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain team supply and general office inventory (promo materials, cleaning supplies, coffee, paper products, etc.).
  • Ensure that all marketing apparel is dry cleaned.
  • Manage weekly Payroll.
  • Manage all permit-related items when necessary - may include dropping off permit checks when within reasonable driving distance.
  • Submit service call requests on behalf of marketers.
  • Coordinate any cultural department activities: e.g. - potlucks, parties, etc. This includes planning and executing department goal trips within budgetary guidelines.
  • Ensure all daily/weekly/monthly reports are up to date.
  • Contact local police departments and let them know we will have Marketers canvassing in those neighborhoods.
  • Assist with printing materials for training classes and setting up Zoom trainings.
  • Assist with paperwork for getting teammates approved to drive company vehicles.
  • Take overflow of phone handoffs/set callbacks from proximity marketers.
  • Provide support for marketers as a liaison between the field and all other pertinent departments.
  • Check daily leads revenue, and lead discrepancies for accuracy, email Telefluent (call center) on accuracy.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

  • 2 years of related professional work experience; required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; required.
