About The Role

We are seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support three dynamic Leads and their global teams. This highly visible position will be instrumental in fostering team efficiency, ensuring smooth operations across time zones, and acting as the central connector between leadership and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • 50% Calendar Management:
  • Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless scheduling for meetings, events, and priorities.
  • 25% Team Support:
  • Support onboarding for new hires, coordinate team events and logistics, and provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed.
  • 25% Travel & Expense Management:
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements and process timely and accurate expense reports.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative or executive support
  • Proven high-level calendar and scheduling experience
  • Track record of handling international travel coordination and T&E reporting
  • Experience providing onboarding and logistics support to teams
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with strong relevant experience
  • Prior experience in large tech companies or supporting executive leadership
  • Background supporting multiple leaders and international teams
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools and internal systems
