Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and healthcare providers.
  • Answer and manage high-volume inbound calls professionally.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and patient-focused customer service.
  • Create and manage patient orders in company systems.
  • Accurately enter and update patient information.
  • Monitor incoming faxes and ensure documentation is processed appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and obtain equipment authorizations.
  • Collect and organize documentation required for billing.
  • Maintain accurate billing information and process payments as needed.
  • Schedule equipment deliveries and pickups.
  • Coordinate with patients, healthcare providers, and clinical teams.
  • Help ensure equipment and services are provided in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date patient files.
  • Assist with audit documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the branch team.

Location: Sharonville, Ohio

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Occasional Overtime: Saturdays as needed

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
