Kelly Services is currently seeking a Marketing Associate for one of our top clients in West Chester, PA.

Marketing Associate:

Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and analytical Associate Marketing Specialist with 3 years of relevant marketing experience and direct exposure to the medical device industry .

In this role, you will support the development and execution of strategic marketing plans, promotional campaigns, and product lifecycle activities to drive growth for our medical device portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including regulatory, clinical affairs, product development, and sales—to translate complex technical features into clear customer benefits.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Assist in creating and implementing annual product marketing plans, tactical execution frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Support new product launches, commercial readiness, and promotional campaigns.

  • Oversee the creation and review of brand promotional materials, ensuring strict alignment with brand equity and regulatory compliance guidelines.

Market Research & Analytics
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, ROI, and market penetration data using CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics).

  • Partner with the market research team and cross functional teams, to gather actionable customer insights and feedback from clinical specialists or Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Regulatory and Medical Affairs teams to ensure all marketing communications and educational content comply with industry standards and legal frameworks.

  • Coordinate with the sales force to provide effective field support, sales training aids, and customer-facing collateral.

  • Help manage project timelines, marketing budgets, and agency/vendor relationships.

Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related Life Sciences/Biomedical field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product management, brand marketing, or commercial marketing within the medical device, MedTech, or healthcare sector.

Technical & Professional Competencies
  • Solid understanding of the medical device regulatory environment, compliance requirements, and healthcare market dynamics.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and data analytics tools.

  • Strong project management / Project Coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
