Affordable Housing and Services Collaborative, Inc. (AHSC) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our housing development organization. This role involves general clerical work, phone handling, meeting minutes, bookkeeping and invoicing, and assisting with active projects.
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will collaborate in a team environment, manage files, update email lists and social media content, and help prepare board materials and funding documents as needed.

Through our involvement in over 47 projects either directly through acquisition, rehabilitation, new construction, or as a special non‑profit member providing a significant role in the project financing plan, we have completed over 3,300 affordable units.
Affordable Housing and Services Collaborative, Inc. (AHSC) is seeking a highly qualified professional to serve as an Administrative Assistant to support our housing development organization. This individual will perform general clerical tasks, including but not limited to, receiving and redirecting calls, taking meeting minutes, general bookkeeping and invoice maintenance, as well as assist with ongoing projects as needed.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the successful candidate will participate in a team‑oriented environment and should possess the following:
