The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Office of the Dean. This is a front-facing role and serves as an important point of contact for faculty, staff, and occasionally students. Responsibilities will include coordinating meetings and calendars, responding to inquiries, supporting office operations, troubleshooting meeting technology and office equipment, processing purchasing and expense-related activities, maintaining supplies, and assisting with events and special projects. The Administrative Assistant will also provide backup support to the Executive Assistant, including calendar management and administrative projects.

Pay up to $27 per hour DOE
