Required: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred: Prior experience in a customer service setting; patient care experience; medical office background and familiarity with medical terminology is highly desirable.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, faxing software
**$22/hr compensation determined based on candidate's skills, experience, knowledge, geographic location, and other variables.
