Associated Milk Producers Inc. (AMPI) in Paynesville, MN is seeking an Administrative Support professional to create purchase orders, code invoices, and prepare payments. You will enter data into ERP systems, maintain records, and support month-end close with accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook. ERP experience (JDE/Oracle) is preferred in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (JDE or Oracle) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders for managers and supervisors.
• Match purchase orders with receiving documents and invoices.
• Code invoices with correct G/L numbers for payment.
• Prepare upload spreadsheet for payment and obtain signatures.
• File copies of all A/P documentation.
• Monthly reporting for month end close.
• Establish and maintain computerized records system for departmental reports.
• Perform back-up office responsibilities.
