The role supports month-end close and maintains accurate records using JDE/Oracle ERP systems. The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED, an associate degree or equivalent experience, and 1–3 years in similar work; manufacturing experience is a plus, with proficiency in

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required;
• Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience preferred; manufacturing background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders for managers and supervisors.
• Match purchase orders with receiving documents and invoices.
• Code invoices with correct G/L numbers for payment.
• Obtain signatures and prepare upload spreadsheet for payment.
• File copies of A/P documentation.
• Create capital appropriation approvals for vendor payments.
• Maintain petty cash accountability.
• Assist phone and customer/supplier greetings.
• Enter data into JDE/DSI systems.
• Prepare month-end close reports.
• Produce various reports and correspondence on time.
• Maintain departmental records and files.
• Perform back-up office duties.
