The Administrative and Financial Coordinator provides financial, grants, and operational support to the IMPACT Collaboratory. The position is responsible for coordinating financial transactions, supporting grant administration activities, maintaining financial documentation, and assisting with federal reporting and compliance processes. The Coordinator serves as a key resource for financial operations, including invoice processing, reimbursements, procurement, and expense tracking within Brown’s financial systems. In addition, the role supports administrative operations, meetings, communications, and special events to ensure the effective functioning of the IMPACT team.
This is a hybrid eligible position.

This is a fixed term position with a current end date August 31, 2026, which may be extended based upon available funding.
