Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a detail-oriented Fundraiser Support role in the United States. You will enter and classify donations, generate donor acknowledgments, and maintain accurate donor records.

You will collaborate with fundraising teams to improve processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The position supports data-driven donor stewardship and requires a diploma in business or accounting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work both independently and with others in a busy

Duration:

6 months (renewable, subject to performance)

Working Hours

Mon - Thurs: 8.30 am - 5.45 pm

Fri: 8.30 am - 5.15 pm

Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangement: One day per week

Salary:

3,000 to $3,500

1. Gift Processing: Accurately enter and classify donations in the database, ensuring compliance with donor intent

2. Acknowledgment: Generate and send timely thank-you letters to donors, enhancing satisfaction and engagement

3. Data Management: Maintain and update donor records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

4. Process Improvement: Work closely with fundraising teams to support campaigns and initiatives and improve processes to meet the fundraising needs

5. Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and data security protocols

REQUIREMENTS

1. Min. Diploma in Business or Accountancy field

2. Knowledge of the non-profit sector and/or fundraising is preferred

3. Meticulous with good organisational skills and a keen eye for detail

4. Proficient in handling data and numbers

5. Good proficiency in MS Excel and data management systems

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

7. Ability to multi-task and deliver with quality and timeliness
