Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking a Donor Services Associate for NTU at Boon Lay/Pioneer. You will enter and classify donations, generate acknowledgment letters, and maintain donor records.

You’ll support campaigns, seek process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance and data security, and work with the fundraising team. The 6‑month renewable contract runs on-site with regular hours and one WFH day per week.

• Gift Processing: Accurately enter and classify donations in the database, ensuring compliance with donor intent
• Acknowledgment: Generate and send timely thank-you letters to donors, enhancing satisfaction and engagement
• Data Management: Maintain and update donor records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Process Improvement: Work closely with fundraising teams to support campaigns and initiatives and improve processes to meet the fundraising needs
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and data security protocols

Mon to Thu: 8.30am-5.45pm, Fri: 8.30am-5.15pm
