Brown University Health is seeking a per diem secretary to perform a wide range of administrative tasks at Bradley Hospital in East Providence, RI. The role requires handling memos, correspondence, schedules and meeting logistics with independence and accuracy.
Typical duties include typing minutes, screening calls, coordinating appointments, and preparing reports. Candidates should have an Associates degree in secretarial science and 3–5 years of related experience.
Under general supervision, perform a variety of secretarial and administrative functions. May include functional supervision of clerical support staff. BASIC KNOWLEDGE: Equivalent to completion of an Associates Degree in Secretarial Science. Knowledge of PC word processing and spreadsheet software applications required.
EXPERIENCE: Three to five years progressively more responsible secretary experience. Work is performed in a typical office environment requiring extended periods of sitting, walking and/or standing.
Pay Range: $22.04-$36.37
