  • Manage workplace amenities, refreshments, supplies, and other hospitality needs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding general office and administrative requests.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and office spaces for internal and external meetings.
  • Support new-hire onboarding logistics, including workspace setup, supplies, badges, and equipment coordination.
  • Assist with company events, team-building activities, office celebrations, and internal meetings.
  • Coordinate company apparel, merchandise, and related inventory as needed.
  • Maintain organized administrative records, documentation, and tracking systems.
  • Assist various departments with data entry, administrative projects, and operational coordination.

  • Coordinate routine approvals, signatures, invoices, and other administrative workflows.

Position Overview

A growing national home services company is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administratorto support day-to-day office operations and help maintain an efficient, professional, and welcoming workplace. This is a hands-on administrative role for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, anticipating needs, solving problems, and supporting multiple departments.
