Wilder is seeking a full-time Administrative Supervisor for Community Mental Health and Wellness (CMHW) in Saint Paul, MN. You will provide advanced technical and administrative support to clinical and operations staff and lead projects to ensure high-quality, cost-effective services.

You will supervise the front desk team, coordinate daily workflows, coverage planning, coaching, and performance feedback, and foster a diverse, culturally competent workforce.

Competenze

• 3 years of related experience required, experience with supervision, and an associate's degree or higher is preferred.

Duties
