Job summary

Pediatric Dental Care of Memphis is seeking an experienced Admin Director to lead administrative teams across multiple locations, standardize processes, and uphold high standards of service. This role focuses on consistency, accountability, and operational excellence throughout the organization.

The Admin Director will audit SOPs, policies, and workflows, review reporting for accuracy, and partner with the Operations Director to identify improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven Director-level or senior leadership experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing other leaders.
• Ability to audit, report on KPIs, and ensure accountability.
• Strong communication skills and difficult conversations handled professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support administrative leads across multiple locations.
• Standardize administrative processes, procedures, and expectations.
• Conduct regular audits of SOPs, policies, workflows, and responsibilities.
• Review administrative reporting for accuracy and timeliness; follow up on discrepancies.
• Identify operational issues with the Operations Director and implement improvements.
• Hold leaders accountable for performance and adherence to company standards.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve SOPs and processes.
• Oversee patient complaints handling and service recovery; escalate as needed.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment between call teams and offices.
• Model a WOW experience through exceptional communication and hospitality.
