Pediatric Dental Care of Memphis is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Office Lead to oversee daily operations, lead a small team, and support orthodontic consultations. Responsibilities include training, financial coordination, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

The ideal candidate balances leadership with hands-on support, driving consultation outcomes and maintaining organized, patient-centered service in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Orthodontic office experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Experience with orthodontic consultations and treatment presentation preferred.
• Experience discussing payment options and coordinating patient financial matters preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and training: lead, support, and hold team accountable; train on workflows and consultation processes.
• Orthodontic consultations and patient experience: conduct consultations; coach on explanations of treatment options.
• Financial coordination and conversion: oversee payment options and coordinate with families; maintain a 75% consultation-to-close focus.
• Daily operations: manage department workflow, scheduling, and documentation to ensure efficiency.
• Inventory and supplies: monitor inventory, place orders, track usage, and maintain work areas.
• Performance and accountability: monitor metrics, identify improvement areas, and reinforce SOPs.
• Patient and family experience: maintain a welcoming environment and ensure clear financial communications.
