  • Conduct regular audits to ensure SOPs, policies, workflows, and administrative responsibilities are being completed correctly and consistently.
  • Review administrative reporting for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, and follow up on discrepancies or trends.
  • Partner with the Operations Director to identify operational issues, develop solutions, and implement improvements.
  • Hold administrative leaders accountable for performance, follow-through, and adherence to company standards.
  • Provide feedback, recommendations, and operational insight on SOPs and processes to help identify areas for improvement. Communicate suggestions to the Operations Director, who will develop, update, and implement the final processes.

  • Oversee the administrative side of patient complaints and service recovery, ensuring concerns are handled professionally, consistently, and appropriately escalated.
  • Provide leadership and accountability for the Call Team, including monitoring KPIs, performance, call quality, scheduling, follow-up, and consistency between the Call Team and individual offices.
  • Use reporting, audits, and performance data to identify opportunities for coaching, accountability, and improvement.
  • Model and promote a WOW experience for every patient, family, and team member through exceptional communication, professionalism, hospitality, and follow-through.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and appropriate judgment when handling sensitive team member and patient matters.

  • Is comfortable with auditing, reporting, KPIs, and performance accountability.
  • Can hold people accountable while maintaining strong, positive relationships.
  • Has excellent judgment and knows when to act independently and when to involve the Operations Director.
