Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and team events.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports.
  • Take meeting notes and distribute follow-up items as needed.
  • Assist with planning team events, including all-hands meetings and team-building activities.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and other materials.
  • Answer phones and direct calls as appropriate.
  • Receive and direct visitors.
  • Perform word processing, filing, and general administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
  • Support special projects and other administrative needs as assigned.

Job description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant II with 2-5 years of experience to provide administrative support to a department and three senior team members. This individual will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day administrative activities, managing schedules and meetings, supporting events, and ensuring the team operates efficiently.

Location & Compensation

Location: San Diego, CA

Schedule: 4 days onsite

Duration: 2-year contract

Pay Rate: $20-25/hour

Key Responsibilities
