Job description

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Physics or Master's degree and 18 graduate semester hours in Physics
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional or similar applications
  • Ability to utilize Canvas Learning Management System and other instructional technologies
  • Ability to interact positively with diverse populations and varying education levels of students, faculty, staff, and the public
  • Ability to work a fluctuating schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Official transcripts, college-stamped student copies, or non-web-based unofficial transcripts must be attached to the application
  • United States degrees must be conferred by an accredited institution recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation
  • Degrees earned outside the United States must be validated by a NACES-member organization, with an evaluation report attached before the application closing date
  • Ability to perform the stated physical and communication functions, including reaching, stooping, using video display terminals, manual dexterity, oral and written communication, and proofreading
