Qualificações

• Required: Associate’s degree in Culinary or Pastry Arts.
• 2–5 years of pastry and baking experience with supervisory and fiscal responsibilities.
• Current ServSafe Certificate - Food Manager level.
• ACF certification or certifiable.
• Mastery of core baking fundamentals.
• Strong baker's math and precision.
• Ability to explain ingredient functionality.

Responsabilidades

• Teach courses in various formats (online, accelerated, livestream, hybrid, face-to-face).
• Meet responsibilities in Curriculum, Teaching Effectiveness, and Professional Qualities and Abilities.
• Participate in Professional Development and College/community initiatives.
• Maintain Health Department kitchen standards and equipment security.
• Develop syllabi and course outlines; ensure timely grading and records.
