Job summary

AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Adherence Success to help manage the adherence department, supervise staff, and ensure operational efficiency. The role supports the Manager in monitoring intake, processing, and review of medical records to ensure medical necessity and compliant payer interactions.

Responsibilities include staff development, performance coaching, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and company objectives while maintaining HIPAA

Qualifications

• Two (2) years relevant experience in health care administrative, financial, insurance customer services, claims, billing, home health and/or medical terminology training is required.
• Exact job experience is considered as management of any of the above tasks in a Medicare certified HME or health care environment that routinely bills insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach staff to meet performance standards and department goals.
• Monitor adherence metrics and productivity; manage budget and reporting.
• Oversee day-to-day team activities and onboarding/training of new hires.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies across all processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve inter-team workflows and payer billing procedures.
• Resolve escalations and drive root-cause analyses to improve service quality.
