Job summary

Kahana Feld seeks a Financial Systems Specialist to administer, maintain, and enhance the firm's financial platforms, with emphasis on Aderant Expert and related accounting applications. You will partner with Accounting, Legal Operations, and other business units to ensure reliability and optimize workflows.

You will design dashboards and reports, manage integrations, perform testing, and support data analytics initiatives while ensuring data integrity.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Aderant financial systems.
Experience with Aderant Design Studio including configuration, automation, customization, and reporting.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial systems, controls, and processes.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to end users and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and support Aderant financial systems and related applications.
Provide technical support for Aderant Expert and integrated systems such as Expert Billing & Collections, iTimekeep, Paperless Pre-Bills, and SSRS reports.
Evaluate and optimize Aderant functionality and third-party tools to improve efficiency.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and BI tools for business insights.
Coordinate with vendors and IT for tickets, escalations, and issue resolutions.
Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials.
