Job summary

Kahana Feld LLP is seeking a Financial Systems Specialist to administer and optimize the firm’s Aderant-based financial stack. You will support day-to-day operations, implement enhancements, and deliver dashboards, reports, and analytics to drive smarter business decisions.

The role partners with Accounting, Legal Operations, and Data Analytics to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and efficient financial workflows. Hybrid work arrangement and ongoing system improvements are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting Aderant financial systems, preferably in a law firm or professional services.
• Experience with Aderant Design Studio, including configuration, automation, customization, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial systems, controls, and processes.
• Ability to translate technical concepts and system issues to end users and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support the Aderant financial management system and related applications.
• Provide technical support for Aderant Expert and integrated financial systems, including billing, time entry, and reporting.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to improve business insights.
• Coordinate with vendors and support teams to manage issues and deployments.
• Document processes and assist with system enhancements and testing.
