Job summary

Divergent is seeking an AM Service Engineer to maintain, diagnose, and improve additive manufacturing equipment on a 4x10 shift schedule. You will optimize machine uptime, troubleshoot complex failures, and developCalibration and maintenance procedures to ensure high part quality and throughput.

Ideal candidates have hands-on AM experience, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and a collaborative mindset to support production and engineering teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Technical degree or equivalent maintenance experience.
Hands-on, factory environment with AM equipment exposure preferred.
Ability to solve complex mechanical/electrical issues quickly.

Responsibilities

Own maintenance and performance of AM equipment to maximize uptime.
Diagnose failures and implement corrective actions with data-driven methods.
Develop and refine maintenance procedures and calibration workflows.
Mentor technicians and document procedures for safety.
