Job summary
Divergent is seeking a Service Specialist to maintain and enhance our Additive Manufacturing equipment. You will lead diagnostic work, develop maintenance strategies, and implement improvements to maximize machine availability and throughput.

Qualifications
- US export controls access required.
- Bachelor's degree or technical field degree with maintenance experience.
- Hands-on automation, machine control, and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment.
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own maintenance strategies, diagnostics, and improvements for AM equipment to maximize part quality and uptime.
- Diagnose complex failures and implement corrective actions; assist with intra-facility relocations as needed.
- Analyze performance data to identify reliability, downtime, and cost reduction opportunities.
- Develop and refine procedures, calibration methods, and work instructions.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions.
