Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling or education accepted by the State of Ohio for licensure.
• Licensure: LICDC-CS, LPCC, or LISW required; LPCC or LISW preferred.
• 3 years of relevant experience required; 4–8 years preferred; peer support supervisor training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient-care activities of staff to deliver effective, efficient, evidence-based services to patients and families.
• Under senior manager guidance, assist in guiding, coaching, and evaluating staff performance.
• Monitor practice patterns to ensure positive outcomes for patients and families.
• Provide education, training and technical support to staff; clarify work processes and monitor compliance.
