Groups Recover Together is hiring an Admissions Counselor in Washington (Remote). You will lead the treatment team, coordinate member care, and ensure high-quality counseling within the integrated recovery model.

This role emphasizes collaboration with care navigators and providers to support treatment decisions. We seek candidates with licensure (LCSW/LPCC/LMHC/LMFT) and at least two years leading group therapy in a SUD setting; strong tech skills and a compassionate, boundary-driven approach

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Licensure/certification required: LCSW, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT (reciprocity possible).
• Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
• Tech-savvy with EMR, email, software and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the treatment team and coordinate decisions about member care.
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate program suitability.
• Complete daily clinical assessments and provide support as needed.
• Document progress in EMR and maintain compliance with admission requirements.
• Coordinate with Care Navigators and providers for treatment planning.
• Participate in internal/external licensure training and maintain ethics.
