Job summary

Corewell Health Southfield Center is seeking a healthcare professional to support Addiction Medicine in the Dependent Drug Stewardship Program. The role emphasizes coordinating services across disciplines, education for patients and families, and applying independent clinical judgment in assessment and protocol initiation.

Primary location is Southfield, MI, with a full-time day-shift schedule. A relevant license (RN/LPN/PA-C/RD/MSW/PT/OT/SLP/RT/AT-C) upon hire and a BLS certification are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• 2 years of relevant related experience required.
• Licensure in MI as RN or LPN or PA-C or RD or MSW or PT or OT or SLP or RT or Athletic Trainer; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the services provided by multiple disciplines within and outside the health system.
• Exercise independent judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and initiation of selected protocols/procedures.
• Provide educational support for patients, significant others, health team members, and the community; coordinate evaluation practices to measure program outcomes.

Scope of work

Responsibility for coordinating the services provided by multiple disciplines within and outside the health system. Exercises independent judgment in the assessment, diagnosis initiation of selected protocols/procedures. Provides educational support for patients/significant others, health team members and the community and coordinates evaluation practices to measure outcomes of programs.
