Job summary

Corewell Health Southfield Center is seeking a healthcare professional to support Addiction Medicine within the Dependent Drug Stewardship Program. This role coordinates services across disciplines, provides education to patients and team members, and contributes to program outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a related degree and relevant licensure (RN/LPN/RD/PA-C/MSW/PT/OTR/SLP/RT/ATC) with at least 2 years of related experience; licensure by Michigan state is required upon hire.

This team member will help support Addiction Medicine in the Dependent Drug Stewardship Program.

Scope of Work

Responsibility for coordinating the services provided by multiple disciplines within and outside the health system. Exercises independent judgment in the assessment, diagnosis initiation of selected protocols/procedures. Provides educational support for patients/significant others, health team members and the community and coordinates evaluation practices to measure outcomes of programs.
