Pinnacle Treatment Brand is seeking a Counselor in New Jersey. The role involves delivering individual and group counseling to patients with substance use disorders, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and developing comprehensive treatment plans in a full-time daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Tier 2 Counselor minimum requirements (see licensure: CADC, LAC, LSW).
• Tier 3 Counselor minimum requirements (Master’s degree with LCADC, LCSW, or LPC).

Responsabilités

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Contribute to the treatment center’s success through team meetings and professional development.
• Develop discharge/continuum of care plans to ensure appropriate levels of care.
• Maintain patient caseload, including case management, utilization review updates, and charting.
