Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; in pursuit of licensure.
• License in good standing in Colorado (LAC, ADDC, CAS, LCSW, LSW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT).
• Minimum two years freedom from chemical use problems.
• Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Engages in 22-25 client hours per week (10-15 part-time).
• Conducts biopsychosocial assessments and supports diagnoses.
• Creates individualized treatment and continuing care plans.
• Conducts individual and group counseling with evidence-based approaches.
• Documents thoroughly and submits on time.
• Communicates with families and handles case management as needed.
• Maintains high client and family satisfaction and participates in staffing.
• Stays current on licenses, policies, and certifications.
• Potential to supervise interns.
