Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking a Counselor to support the recovery journey of patients in a comprehensive addiction treatment setting.

You will play a key role in completing documentation, conducting assessments, and guiding patients through program phases with emphasis on evidence-based practices. The role offers opportunities for career progression within our Counselor Tier Program, with monthly bonuses based on performance and pathways to licensure.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering counseling in addiction treatment settings.
• Ability to complete intake assessments and treatment planning.
• Knowledge of federal/state confidentiality and methadone treatment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient databases, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries per standards.
• Counsel patients in crisis and coordinate resources.
• Arrange referrals to community resources and participate in case conferences.
