Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Automotive Engineering from an ABET accredited university
• A minimum of 5 years design and release experience with automotive ECUs (electronic modules)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively operate both independently and as part of a remote environment
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment; requires minimal direction
• Logical thinker who can sort through complex issues in pursuit of a resolution
• Detail oriented, results driven Engineer with
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Docs
• Excellent program management and organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, analyze, and resolve warranty quality concerns on ADAS including radar, cameras, and sensors.
• Lead root-cause investigations with cross-functional teams using 8D, 5-Why, and fault-tree analysis.
• Manage ADAS warranty issues from detection through containment, validation and monitoring.
• Coordinate parts returns, teardown analysis, vehicle testing, and supplier investigations to determine failure mechanisms.
• Track issue status, risk, claim volume, repair effectiveness, and cost impact for updates to leadership.
• Support field actions and repair procedure improvements to reduce repeat repairs and improve first-time fix.
• Verify corrective actions through data analysis and post-implementation warranty monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to improve ADAS design robustness and supplier quality.
