Stellantis NV is seeking a Data-Driven Warranty Analysts Lead to collect, synthesize, and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and actionable insights. You will develop problem statements, support technical analysis, and help drive data-informed decisions across engineering and manufacturing teams.

The role emphasizes strong analytics, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve vehicle quality and reduce warranty costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong foundation in technical knowledge and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Collect and synthesize data on complex problems to identify trends and emerging issues.
• Analyze over-the-air vehicle data to support technical analysis and solutions.
• Support reviews with suppliers and Engineering, Quality, and Sub-System teams for data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to improving the quality level of customer vehicles to meet quality objectives.
• Demonstrate strong analytics and responsiveness to quality requirements.
• Support cross-functional decisions on customer-facing issues based on data.
• Assist in creating field solutions based on data analysis for major quality issues.
