Job summary

The In-Field Life Quality Lead at Stellantis will enhance the quality of customer vehicles equipped with Autonomous Driving Systems. You will develop and implement strategies to meet quality objectives, balance Quality, Cost, Timing, and Performance, and lead cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field showing strong technical foundation.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience in engineering, quality or manufacturing.
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team to deliver changes on time and drive RCA-based corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Build warranty improvement plan to meet ambitious quality objectives and protect customers.
• Diagnose vehicle issues and perform root cause analysis with Control Tower and Engineering.
• Lead recommendations for component/process modifications to ensure vehicle quality.
• Coordinate reviews with suppliers and internal teams on Design Quality issues.
• Support improvements to Change Management and serial life window processes.
• Utilize OTA data to support technical analysis and solutions.
