Job summary

Kinetic Automation is seeking an ADAS Calibration Technician to perform precise calibrations of ADAS sensors, including LIDAR, RADAR, cameras, and ultrasonic sensors. You will diagnose, calibrate, and validate systems, ensuring OEM-spec performance and safety compliance.

You will support operations, mentor junior technicians, and help improve the company’s calibration workflows, software, and robotics systems while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years automotive repair experience with hands-on ADAS calibrations
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check
• Ability to lift ~50 pounds, use basic hand tools, and work outdoors

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and validate ADAS components to OEM specs
• Communicate with customers and support dispatch schedules
• Follow OEM service procedures and safety guidelines
• Conduct ADAS maintenance, module setup, and electrical troubleshooting
• Handle vehicle pickup/drop-off for calibration jobs
• Document calibration/diagnostic processes with detailed reports
• Collaborate with engineering to improve calibration workflows
• Mentor junior technicians and uphold safety standards
• Assist with equipment upkeep and workspace organization
