Job summary

Kinetic Automation in Bellevue, WA is seeking an ADAS Calibration Technician to perform precise calibrations of ADAS systems, supporting vehicle safety and performance. You will work with LIDAR, RADAR, cameras, and other sensors, following OEM specifications.

You will mentor junior technicians, document processes, and collaborate with engineering to improve calibration workflows and software. The role requires hands-on repair experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skill with ADAS calibration tools and diagnostic equipment.
• 2+ years in automotive repair with ADAS calibration experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and validate ADAS components (LIDAR, RADAR, camera, ultrasonic).
• Communicate with customers and follow dispatch schedules.
• Follow OEM service procedures to restore ADAS baseline performance.
• Perform diagnostics, module/system setup, electrical troubleshooting.
• Transport vehicles for calibration as needed.
• Document calibration and diagnostics with detailed reports for traceability.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve calibration processes and software.
• Mentor junior technicians and support safety guidelines.
• Assist with facility upkeep and inventory management.
