Job summary

Kinetic Automation in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Senior Calibration Technician to lead a team of ADAS technicians and ensure precise, cost-effective calibrations. You will train staff, improve calibration methods, and collaborate with customers to deliver high-quality results while advancing AI/robotics-enabled service hubs.

You will drive quality, safety, and efficiency across daily operations, contributing to the growth of Kinetic’s calibration capabilities and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ADAS calibration and vehicle diagnostics.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex issues with modern vehicles.
• Experience leading and developing a technical team.
• Strong knowledge of OEM diagnostic tooling.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily calibration work quality and output.
• Ensure OEM service procedures are followed.
• Lead and develop a team of ADAS technicians.
